Nurtura Health provides premium home care services in the Greater Toronto Area, including companion care, personal support, and clinical care coordination. Our services are delivered by qualified caregivers and supervised by registered healthcare professionals.
Service details, including scope, schedule, and pricing, are established through individual care agreements between Nurtura Health and each client or their authorized representative.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use the Site to transmit harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
4. Service Agreements
Home care services are governed by separate service agreements that outline specific terms including:
- Scope and type of care to be provided
- Scheduling and hours of service
- Fees and payment terms
- Cancellation and modification policies
- Rights and responsibilities of all parties
These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual service agreements.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing information on our website is provided for general reference. Actual rates are determined during consultation based on the specific care needs and service tier selected. Detailed pricing is outlined in individual service agreements.
We reserve the right to adjust our rates with reasonable notice to existing clients.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may modify or cancel care services with 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the individual service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nurtura Health or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
